Sonia Cunningham

Sonia Cunningham is a licensed real estate dealer, working with VMPS for two decades. Her good-natured, “people person” personality and marketing background has enabled her to be very successful in the real estate business. She has been the number one sales person for three years, and benefits from the repeat business and enthusiastic referrals from a fully-satisfied clientele. She focuses on the needs of her clients, and creates ways to satisfy them, which more often than not, reaps success. She likes the flexibility that real estate offers and confesses that she finds great joy in seeing the look on people’s faces during property tours and also on completion of the sale. Over the period she has built solid relationships with people in the sector that have often proven beneficial to her in closing deals and she absolutely enjoys the team approach when selling homes. In order to continue excelling in her field, Sonia simply believes that she should invest her time. Thus she is always busy meeting people. Most importantly Sonia enjoys the Real Estate business so much – she does not call it a job, but a passion.

Shemika Chin-Frankson

Shemika Chin- Frankson’s involvement in Real Estate started when she served as a Client Services and Sales Administrator for the Victoria Mutual Property Services. From this two year stint she found that her determination, efficiency and positive attitude blended well with the business and ultimately became a certified Realtor. Delivering excellent customer service, is Shemika’s hallmark as her clients share the sentiment that “on meeting Shemika there is a sense of warmth that makes you feel as if you have known her for years.” She credits this infectious personality and excellent listening skills as her main tools in getting to know her clients and meeting their housing needs. Always anxious to learn and improve her craft, Shemika focuses on all things Real Estate including listening Millionaire Real Estate Investor and seeks counsel from seasoned Realtors. She also possesses a Bachelors of Science degree in Tourism Management and Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies. When not busy scoring bargains for her clients, Shemika cherishes time with her family, travelling and singing.

Pamela Bodden

Pamela Bodden is the number one sales person for 2014, just one of her major achievements since joining the Victoria Mutual Property Service family. Her 20 years of experience in the Real Estate business, sharp wit and brutal honesty is appreciated by her clients and has allowed them to make informed decisions. As a former banker, she has transferred this expertise into the Real Estate business. A registered and licensed broker, Pam sells as well as list homes/ properties, however she prefers to exert her energies on the property and housing listing side of the business. She is still as passionate as the day she started in the sector- no slowing down and has served a great mixture of people from lower to upper income. Over the years her ability to adapt to different personalities, to give each client a personalized experience, allows her to create lasting relationships with her customers and has earned her numerous referrals. Pam also enjoys all genres of music, reading and watching sports – but nothing compares to her experience in baking. This she does in her spare time, and like real estate- she considers this an art of love. She is known to transfer the values of patience, willingness to try a new approach, creativity and spunk developed from baking to her current post. She is the mother of four boys, (believes her lucky number is 4) and wants nothing more than to continue housing people for as long as she is in the labour force. She lives by the mantra: "with God all things are possible".

Muriel Bailey

Known as the “Matchmaker of Real Estate” to her Clients, Muriel is a licensed Realtor at Victoria Mutual Property Services, who finds great joy in pairing her customers with a housing solution befitting their lifestyle. Muriel is a planner who believes in making organized and consistent steps, until the goal is achieved. She is married to Kevin and together they have one son. She sees family life as very important and exercises a high level of care and concern for her clients by going beyond the call of duty to make their “homeownership” dreams a reality. With years of experience as a practicing accountant, she uses her knowledge in this sector, to give sound financial advice to her clients with genuine interest in their affairs. The combination of 9 years experience as a specialist in residential properties, 20 years as an entrepreneur and 5 years in property management of a strata complex as an on call manager makes her a well rounded realtor. In her spare time Muriel enjoys aerobics, watching sports, playing board games especially scrabble, and working out.

Marcia Sterling

Marcia has proven herself to be a sterling addition to the Victoria Mutual Property Services (VMPS) team, serving as the Co-ordinator/Supervisor, Valuation Services and a Real Estate Agent. At the helm of the Valuation department, Marcia has led the team to its current position of being the top performers within the subsidiary. Marcia possesses an associate degree in Business Administration and is also a certified real estate agent. Prior to joining VMPS, she worked 7 years within the financial sector. An innovator, she credits her drive to constantly improving her craft ensuring customers are always satisfied. A passionate individual with a big caring heart, she volunteers at the Good Samaritan Inn and also cares for the elderly. She also enjoys spending time with her technological gadgets, the outdoors and playing lawn tennis.

Kishauna Henry

Kishauna Henry has only one year in the real estate field but her contribution since joining the sector is not one that can be overlooked. Since joining the VMPS team this young professional with her “deliver only your best” attitude, has received her first exclusive million dollar listing. Before joining the real estate business, Kishauna was involved in land surveying, a skill which she now uses to help her clients to secure houses on prime lands for development. A Miami Florida export, she served as an academic advisor to Kaplan University for 2 years and developed a knack for great customer service, working for her client’s best interest and utilizing her tech –savvy skills to ensure her clients are satisfied. This coupled with her drive and resilience leaves each client reassured that they have a fighter on their side, who goes the extra mile to close the deal and help them achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys reading, shopping and volunteering. All shoppers find great deals and Kishauna always helps her clients to make the best buy, when it comes to owning their home.

Kathleen O’Sullivan

Kathleen a licenced Realtor with the VMPS Team often likens herself to an orange- being unassuming. Her description however is often countered by her clientele who states “though modest about her achievements, she is a force to be reckoned with in the real estate business.” This consummate professional, she sees her career as more than just a means to an end, for her, it is a way of life; she goes above and beyond for her clients even foregoing commission and doing free legal consultation to ensure their dream of home ownership is realized. A Real Estate Agent for over 30 years, Kathleen states her advent into the field was a self-fulfilling prophecy. After acquiring her own home by age 20, without much professional help, a friend stated that real estate was her calling. Having entered the field afterwards she has never looked back and is often advising persons who wish to follow in her footsteps. Kathleen notes that in order to stay ahead in her field she attends real estate seminars, listen to other real estate professionals and tests herself by setting different goals within the business.In her spare time you can find Kathleen dancing.

Jermaine Williamson

Mr. Jermaine Williamson rejoined Victoria Mutual Property Services (VMPS) as Senior Valuer and Realtor in 2017. In this dual role, he is not only responsible for the Valuation Portfolio and leading the valuation team in ensuring the timely execution, reviewing and writing of valuations but he also takes pride in assisting persons to find their perfect home. Previously, Jermaine gave three years of service to VMPS between 2007 and 2010, when he offered his expertise as Commercial Facilities Operations Officer. A seasoned valuer, Jermaine spent seven years as Senior Estate Officer at the Urban Development Corporation before joining the VM Group. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying from the University of Technology. A music and sports enthusiast, Jermaine spends his leisure time playing music and football.

Ingrid Willis-Rerrie

An agent who is passionate about her family, Ingrid understands first-hand the joy and accomplishment of a family having their home. Her drive to provide housing for persons is motivated by making others happy and seeing the look of gratitude when her clients enter their home. Honest, passionate, professional and cooperative are words her clients easily ascribe to her service. Ingrid spent a total 15 years in banking and tax auditing; a skill she incorporates to get the results her clients want. Her background of residing in Kingston, St. Elizabeth, Montego Bay and Negril, enables her to expertly service her clients who want to purchase homes or properties outside the city. This in depth knowledge of Jamaican parishes along with providing mortgage advice aids in the wholistic approach Ingrid applies in assisting her clients every step of the way, once the need is ascertained. This approach has given her much triumph since entering the industry. Ingrid believes that being kept abreast of what is happening in the entertainment sector, attending workshops and reading real estate material, helps her to remain relevant and aids in the networking process in a constantly evolving market. Elethia Johnson

Just a smile from her client or a mouthed thank you is enough motivation for Hyacinth Johnson, who finds immense satisfaction in her ability to help the common man to be proud home owners. Hyacinth brings a multiplicity of interests to her profession as a licensed realtor with VMPS. This includes a zeal for gardening, sewing, reading, travelling to the country, bird watching, and what she terms ‘healthy political discussions’ with friends. Having worked in the government sector for a decade, for her real estate is a passion. Despite her short stints away from the business she always returns because housing people is a joy not a task. She has amassed 15 years in the real estate business. Hyacinth enjoys the flexibility of the sector and her unique approach to selling houses is patience - she is a persistent and committed realtor who likes to see things through to the end, including housing deals.

Elaine Roache

A certified and licensed Real Estate Agent with a Doctorate in Divinity, Masters Degree in Marketing and Certificates in Public Relations and Project Management, Elaine Roache is a most competent realtor to handle your business of finding and placing you in a house that you will call your home.  With a myriad of educational accomplishments, Elaine believes she was led to the business of real estate and she uses her academic qualifications and experiences to boost her career in the field.  Since joining the VMPS team, Elaine utilises a three step model - creating a relationship with the client, learning their needs, then managing their expectations in order to satisfy them. This three step approach has garnered her much success. Her drive to satisfy her clients has also pushed her to constantly reassess herself, make changes where necessary and engage in related realtor training programmes.  Her knowledge of architecture and her unique ability to see diamonds in the rough when it comes to homes, then creatively painting these pictures in the minds of her clientele, is one of her strongest talents which helps to seal the deal and score valuable prospects. Her natural caring ability and love for counselling or consultation has not only landed her varied accomplishments in the sector but also helped her reap much satisfaction from her daily activities.
