Mr. Sylvester Tulloch

Kemtek Development and Construction Limited is led by a family oriented team guided by the visionary Mr. Sylvester Tulloch who serves as both the Chairman and the Managing Director of the company. Under his tutelage and distinct guidance the company has grown from strength to strength since its inception in 1989. The other distinct portfolios within the company are managed by three core directors who create a dynamic synergy and form the basis for the company's direction. Mr. Garwin Tulloch serves in the capacity of Director of Operations ensuring that the strategic areas of focus are realized from conceptualization to implementation. Mr. Karl Tulloch serves as the Director of Administration & Special Projects and leads on all areas of corporate development for sales and marketing. Mr. Handel Tulloch brings his wealth of technical expertise to the business and serves as the Director of Technical Services.
