The land is irregular in shape and has a curved frontage of about 98.00 metres (321.52 feet) along the Chapelton to Frankfield main road based on measurements taken from the National Land Agency database IMAP system. The land falls below the roadway, slopes gentle downwards at various sections whilst other section have moderate steep downward grades; and it levels off with undulations within. It appears to drain freely, however, during periods of heavy rainfall the river may overflow its bank and make surface drainage difficult. Some sections to the north-east drops to the river (The Bryan Hill River) Whilst remaining sections border it with earth mound. Ground coverage consists of unkempt grass, some farming activities with a few cash crops, banana, plantain trees, a few coffee trees, ackee and other trees, these small-scale farming activities are not recognized. A retaining cut stone-wall is along part of the road frontage, otherwise the boundaries are unclosed
