The site accommodates an incomplete two storey detached residence disposed over a gross external area of approximately 511.15 square metres (5,500 square feet). The ground floor appears to have been designed to accommodate a front porch, carport, kitchen, living/dining area, back porch and laundry. The building was designed to facilitate an upper floor, however there was no internal construction to facilitate the upper floor area at the time of inspection. The building was approximately 35-40 percent complete at the time of inspection. It needs upper level floor, internal partitions, floor finish, wall finish, windows, all other fixtures and finishes to bring it to practical completion.
